We called Dane as reliance said we had a issue and it was plumbing. Dane came and informed us this was infact reliance hot water tank issue. Turns out we needed a new tank. He was honest and we will use him in the future
I contacted Dane short notice, concerned with our sump pump not working. He came the same evening, very professional, honest, friendly. Called the next day to update me and thank me for my business. Would definitely use his services again.
Thanks Dane from Anderson Plumbing, we Called at 9:30 in the morning with a leaking water heater Dane showed up by 11 am and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, which I was ready to do. Dane gave me an estimate right up front that was more than fair. Dane and his helper drained and removed the old water heater and placed several rug runners down to protect the carpet. Set up the new water heater and added a catch pan. The job was complete by 3:30 pm Dane patiently answered all of my questions and was very polite. They wore masks and shoe booties to keep my hardwood clean. I would recommend Andersons Plumbing to anyone. Thanks ..... 5 star
Had a bizarre issue with our hot water mixing with the cold water. Not a clue what it could be. Called Dane, 5 minutes later he is in the house another 5 minutes he figured it out! (Left the hot and cold water tap on in the garage attached to the hose). Great job Dane! Ok and we feel dumb lol!
